We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any Anti Toxic Club product. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery—even if the product has been opened or used.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The return must be tied to your first purchase of that product
  • A valid order number is required

 

Because skincare is personal and results can take time, we understand that products may be tried before you decide. Light to moderate use is completely okay.

 

Do I Need to Send the Product Back?

In most cases, no. For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we typically do not require used skincare products to be returned. Once your refund is approved, we’ll let you know if any additional steps are needed.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products marked final sale or non-refundable
  • Gift cards
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers (please contact the original seller)

Exchanges
