Not all tallow balms are created equal. Ours is made the traditional way, with uncompromising standards at every step, from the source of our tallow to the jar it comes in.
We use suet tallow, the most nutrient-dense form of tallow, sourced exclusively from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows. We partner directly with a local family farm we personally verify for humane, sustainable practices. Their cows graze freely on open, herbicide-free pastures and are never given antibiotics or hormones. This results in tallow that’s naturally richer in skin-supporting vitamins than the low-grade, commodity tallow many brands use to cut costs.
Our balm is unwhipped, meaning you get approximately 30% more actual tallow per jar, with no added air, no fillers, just more nourishment for your skin.
Every ingredient is chosen for quality, not convenience. While many competitors bulk-buy the cheapest materials available, we source high-quality, all-natural ingredients from trusted, integrity-driven suppliers, prioritizing local partners whenever possible. Nearly all of our ingredients are organic.
We also refuse to cut corners with scent. Many brands use synthetic fragrance oils while claiming they’re essential oils. Fragrance oils are lab-made and often mistaken for natural alternatives. We use only 100% pure, natural essential oils, fully verified with our sourcing partners. Nothing artificial, ever.
Each batch is made truly small-batch, not mass-produced under the guise of the term. This allows us to maintain freshness, consistency, and hands-on quality control.
Finally, our packaging reflects our values. We use glass jars with aluminum lids, not BPA-filled plastic. It’s cleaner, safer, more sustainable, and better for the planet.
No shortcuts. No fillers. No greenwashing.
Just deeply nourishing tallow balm made the way it should be.
